The international Jewish community of Moscow was established in the summer of 2000.\u0412\u00a0\u0412\u00a0Under the leadership of Rabbi Yaakov and Rivka Klein, the \u0432\u0402\u0098Expat\u0432\u0402\u2122 Jewish community serves the needs of Expatriate Jews, from many backgrounds, including representatives of the international media, businessmen, educators, diplomats and their families.\u0412\u00a0We also offer assistance to the many tourists and businessmen who visit.\u0412\u00a0When the\u0412\u00a0Lubavitcher\u0412\u00a0Rebbe, of blessed memory, began sending Chabad Emissaries throughout the world he insisted that the facilities being established be called Chabad houses, not centers or institutions, regardless of their size and structure. The\u0412\u00a0Rebbe\u0412\u00a0OB\u0432\u0402\u045cM wanted to establish homes throughout the world that would be there for any Jew no matter where they were standing in their Jewish observance.\u0412\u00a0 He wanted every Jew to feel that no matter how far they may have traveled they will always have a place to call home.\u0412<\/p>\n
